General Info
iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch:
- Current Version: 2.0.1 (released: 02/28/2011)
- HotelPal is available for download or update on the iTunes App Store.
- To check your version of HotelPal:
- From the search/results screens, click (i) in the lower right corner.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
Android:
- Current Version: 1.1.3 (released: 04/01/2011)
- HotelPal is available for download or update on the Android Market. Just search for "hotelpal".
- To check your version of HotelPal:
- From any screen, press the Menu button on your device, then More, then Info.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
iOS 5
We are working on making our apps fully compatible with iOS 5 in time for its release in the fall. In the meantime, our apps might not work properly with iOS 5 beta builds.

How do I review, change, or cancel my reservation?
- If you installed HotelPal after 02/03/2011, your hotel bookings are through Expedia. You can contact Expedia at: expedia-bookings@mobiata.com or via phone toll-free 866-371-5030 (1-949-930-9525).
- If you installed HotelPal before 02/03/2011, your hotel bookings are though Travelocity. You can contact Travelocity at customerservice@wctravel.com or via phone toll-free at 1-866-270-2849.
